Unfortunately you can’t. To use Yahoo! Stores you must have a merchant account that uses the First Data platform. The only way to do that is to have a US merchant account. That means you’ll need:
1) a US business address
2) a US bank account
3) a social security number
Since you do not meet the criteria for a US merchant account you are out of luck. Sorry.
