it could be a scam be careful
It can mean… if you have a credit card terminal; he will give you his credit card number. He could be afraid the credit card number, if put in online, is not encrypted, and could be stolen from him by someone. Many people are afraid of online purchases.

But also like the guy said above me it could be a scam. So be careful.

I agree with one of the answers here that is might be a scam. Offline merchant accounts are very tricky unless you’ll be depositing the payment through a bank. Simply put, it is not secured. The weird thing is that it’s on ebay, meaning, they sell online but can’t accept online payments. Kinda sneaky. Better watch out.
