Now the merchant account bank is asking me to email my last month bank statement with ending balance. I feel this an invasion of my privacy and perhaps, privacy rights act. They’ve been debiting my account for some time. What are my rights? I have personal things I don’t want them to see with regards to my debits.

Don’t it seem kinda strange, that your bank wants YOU to tell THEM what your balance is? Don’t forget to give them your PIN too.

Banks do NOT ask for any details to be emailed. They already have whatever account details they need. This is a scam email and should be ignored.
