I need what website for credit card payment without use Merchant account? help me! ?

That is not possible, you will need to have a merchant account to process credit card payments… They will charge you a monthly of around $49 and around 2% of Transaction amount each time you run a card.
Even though you have a bad credit, they will still approve you with a monthly limit of $10,000 or so… Just don't worry and apply
Make sure you don't get any or too many charge backs on your transactions, that is where the problem is!

If you want to accept credit cards you have to have some sort of payment processing partner.
You will either have to use a partner such as Paypal or Google Checkout, or a merchant account provider such as
You don't say what country you are operating in. I think perhaps USA, but I am not sure.
Can you tell us why you don't want to use Paypal or Google Checkout for credit card processing?
