How do I upload items in bulk with the yahoo merchant store?

I have a yahoo merchant account, which I love, but I really stuck on how to upload items in bulk in my store. I have over 100 items I need to upload, and to do them by hand would be insane, any suggestions?

I see no other way to do it, but one by one.
