		<description>My thinking is that YOU are lying.  Your scenario does not make sense as stated.  IF you actually had a merchant account, you would have understood the process BEFORE you began accepting cards for payment.  You also contradict yourself.  You state the money had already been sent to your account, and then state the money is not coming to your account.</description>
