		<description>If you do a search on google you should be able to find a merchant account provider. It also depends on what type of transactions you intend to to use it for. Some merchant account providers are used mainly for online business while some are for offline.</description>

		<description>I have a merchant account with Elavon (see link).  I heard about them through a visit at my local Costco.  They leased me a swipe machine and I use it regularly.  It was really simple to set up.  I pay about $25/month to lease the machine and I also pay about 1.7% on all of my transactions.  

I don&#039;t know of any free services, but if one exists, I&#039;d certainly be interested in hearing about it.</description>
