Best Online Merchant Account for Pakistan?

I’m Interest to add merchant account on my website, as receiving payments from international client is difficult and payorders and check takes a lot of time to be deposited and additional taxes plus fees are also applied in payment as it release bank and receiver’s banks, so please advise online merchant account, but you should know that PayPal usually offers merchant account to many countries expect pakistan with few more in list are restricted.
