When that is exceeded most merchant services ask that you reapply. Once you exceed your approved sales, the merchant services will contact the business to verify information on the sales. I own a small business and we grew very quickly. In one month we had exceed 1/3 of our previous years annual sales. Once this happened the merchant contacted our customers to verify purchases while the held funds. We reapplied several days later.I hope this is helpful.
